Peter Letter, up to now CEO and co-founder, and Marco Fantelli acquired all shares of the company. As part of the rearrangement of the relationship between New Value and EPS Value Plus AG, Rolf Wägli, founder and former President of the Board of Directors of EPS Value Plus AG, is leaving EPS to focus on his role at New Value, Simultaneously the company was renamed:

Marco Fantelli has been with EPS since 2010. A former food industry CFO and CEO for 15 years, he spent the last four years gaining additional operations experience as a management consultant to small and medium-sized businesses.
