TechShare pre-IPO programme

This educational programme is currently available for Tech companies in eight countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Switzerland. TechShare provides three different modules of knowledge sharing: academic campuses, technical sessions and individual coaching. The content is provided by committed partners from the financial industry: investment bankers, auditors, lawyers, financial communication and investor relations experts. From September 2019 to April 2020, the participants will attend European events, local group sessions but also one-to-one trainings: 

• Academic seminars >> Twice a year in September (this year in Rotterdam) and in March (Lisbon) respectively, two academic seminars are organised with prestigious European business schools to encourage networking between partners and participants as well as interaction through breakout sessions, plenary keynotes and discussions with entrepreneurs;
• Technical sessions >> Interactive courses are held on a regular basis locally by different partners to educate the participants on capital markets. Topics include why to go public, the IPO process, the legal perspective, the valuation strategy, financial communication, how to attract investors and life as public company;
• Individual coaching >> Throughout the year, all participants receive individual training and tailor-made mentoring with dedicated professionals: auditors, lawyers, financial communication experts. These one-to-one coaching meetings with partners are a unique opportunity for participants to receive customised advice. 

WHO can apply? 

TechShare participants are innovative businesses active in the Tech industry. Companies are selected based on their business model, maturity stage and financing path. Euronext also considers the personal motivation of entrepreneurs, Chairmen, CEOs, CFOs, etc. to dedicate some time to the programme throughout the year. 

• Tech companies from TMT/ICT/Digital/Fintech, Life Sciences and Cleantech sectors
• With aspiration to expand and finance this growth
• Likely to consider capital markets within 18-36 months
• And sufficient maturity in terms of development

The application form is divided into several parts in order to gather all the information needed for the selection process. Most of the fields including financial data are required to ensure a fair and equivalent assessment between candidates. WHEN to apply?

Applications are open on this platform until 5 June 2019. Euronext will review all applications and inform the selected companies on 21 June 2019. The next TechShare edition will start on 20-21 September 2019 with the first kick-off academic campus held at Rotterdam School of Management.
