Workshop facilitators

Mattias Borg, Vice President.
Mattias has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience from the technology sector, growing both international software and business services companies. Most notably, he was the co-founder and CEO of James, a leading online concierge company. Having sold James to Sodexo Group in 2008, Mattias became an investor and advisor for technology startups. In 2012 he started a mobile travel company, GuidePal, that scaled globally.
Mattias holds a MSc in Business Administration and Economics from Uppsala University and a MBA in Finance and Strategy from University of Sheffield. He is also a lieutenant (Reserve) in the Royal Swedish Navy.



Tanya Fröhlich is the Director of European Operations at Corum Group International.
Tanya has 13 years of experience in Tech M&A, based in Zurich, she works with the European team coordinating client launches, lead generation, marketing, planning & strategy, recruitment and team integration.
She is also the Director of the World Financial Symposium’s “Growth and Exit Strategies for Software and IT Companies”.
Tanya has an MBA from OU University, Milton Keynes, UK.
