After 21 great editions, Venturelab and our industry partner Swiss Prime Site, one of Europe’s leading listed real estate companies, are again looking for pioneering startups to support Swiss Prime Site in their innovation journey.

Through this programme, participants will have the chance to refine relevant business cases for Swiss Prime Site and/or its group companies (Swiss Prime Site Immobilien, Swiss Prime Site Solutions) that shall lead to sustainable processes, improved operational efficiencies and/or sustainable growth enablement.

If you are a startup in Cleantech, Proptech, Enterprisetech or any sector with transformative potential for the real estate industry, seize the opportunity to propel your business to new heights by joining our exclusive Accelerator Programme.

The process:

  • Submit your application by 4. February, including a tailored proposal for the potential business case you wish to develop with Swiss Prime Site.
  • The top10 selected startups will be invited to join a virtual pitch session on the week of 11. March and present their business case. Up to 5 startups will be selected to join the Acceleration Programme.
  • For one month, you will be working with top-notch industry experts from Swiss Prime Site to fine-tune your business case and identify what would be the best business opportunities.
  • The finalists will be invited to come to the SPS headquarter, on 16. April, to pitch the case to the SPS Executive Management Board, who will have the ultimate decision on whether you will be able to secure a PoC. During the day, you will get the chance to meet face to face with your "mentors", other startups, the Management Board and enjoy a lovely networking reception.
