SECA Conference

The SECA Conference is one of the biggest conference in Switzerland, which brings together the private equity, venture capital and corporate finance industries. The main topic of this years SECA conference is about Transforming Society through Innovation. Nevertheless, the SECA conference offers again a wide range of different subtopics, that all interests are covered.

The morning Session, held in English, will focus on: Transforming Society through Innovation. Hear from world class experts who are driving social transformation by leveraging innovation, technology and entrepreneurship. Mohandas Pai from Manipal Global Education will share how innovation changed the game for global corporations which employ extraordinary talent in India and worldwide. 

Michael Binderbauer of TAE Technologies will share how “deep-tech” innovation in nuclear fusion can alter the global energy landscape by harnessing the power of the sun on earth (see photo above). Bernard Moon will share insights into how SparkLabs Group, the global venture capital firm in partnership with ASU/Thunderbird, are supporting innovation from Asia to Silicon Valley. Andreas Thors at Partners Group will help us better understand the trends and impact of deploying private capital into leading innovation players and projects worldwide. To set the stage, Swiss State Secretary of Innovation Martina Hirayama will challenge us to think carefully about how to better transform society through innovation -- in Switzerland and around the world.
