Innossuise Scale-Up Coaching - Call for Applications

Setting up scalable processes and defining an efficient organization structure are key to achieving successful growth. The Scale-up Coaching program allows startups to select and work with coaches with different backgrounds to support them on their growth journey.

The Scale-up Coaching program is a distinct program aimed at start-ups with very high growth potential and is primarily intended to give them a boost, namely with support in sharpening and implementing their growth strategy. It is an opportunity for you to review and implement your approach with targeted support in establishing scalable processes along with an adapted organizational structure. In addition, you can get help with your networking, financing, and internationalization activities.

The program is split in two phases and limited to a maximum of 24 months.

The current call runs from 29 April until 17 June 2024. Only applications received within these dates are valid and will be considered. Apply here.

Formal criteria:

• Start-up was incorporated in Switzerland within the last five years or the last ten years in justified cases (e.g. time-intensive life science start-ups)
• Start-up employs five or more full-time equivalent staff members

Assessment criteria:

• Innovative and science based business model
• Past growth performance and stage of maturity
• High growth rate and high growth potential
• Defendable product/service
• Ambitious and committed team
