Inclusive Way Initiative

The organising committee invites individuals in education, politics, entrepreneurship or government to join the upcoming roundtable. The goal of the Roundtable is to draw an agenda for national action steps in entrepreneurship based on the outcomes of the impactful workshop.

The outcomes of the impactful workshop can be summarised into five different clusters with recommended action steps:

1. Policy: affordable childcare, economic development incentives for female entrepreneurs, public incentives for social businesses, a national strategy on Entrepreneurship

2. Advocacy: closing the pay gap, increasing paternity leave, changing the narrative or public perception of entrepreneurship opportunities

3. Awareness: increased awareness & visibility of female role models, increase awareness of family support initiatives, incentives & networks

4. Education: embedding entrepreneurial curriculum in education

5. Tools: tool development for priority activities, e.g. for investors and businesses, programming for seniors, and more.
