Reaching sustainable food systems is a challenge for all the players along the value chain from food production to food consumption. Technological innovation can support companies in their appropriate use of water, energy, pesticides, fertilizers, packaging materials and in reducing, monitoring, managing, recycling and upscaling waste as well as using alternative sources and technologies of food production.

This Networking Series event powered by Innosuisse proposes to ask the right questions about the sustainability of the agrifood system through the use of limited, reusable or recyclable resources, the decrease and valorization of waste and alternative food production.
